At ApexLights, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction.
Warranty Coverage:
All ApexLights products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects or issues that affect the product’s performance under normal use.
Optional 60-Day All Inclusive Warranty
For added peace of mind, you can opt into our 60-Day All Inclusive Warranty. It covers any defects and even customer installation mistakes, as long as the included instructions were followed correctly. Claims may require proof of proper installation and are valid only for reasonable faults or mistakes under normal use. (No stupid stuff like hooking it up to a nuclear reactor, etc.)
Returns & Refunds:
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or in poor condition, or if you simply wish to return it, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, you will receive a full refund.
