Install Requirements

12V vehicle electrical system required
Compatible with standard 12-volt automotive systems (most modern cars).

Panel gap space required for light strips
Installation areas must have a panel gap approximately the thickness of a credit card and depth of ≈ 0.3 inches to allow the LED strips to be flush with the surface

Basic installation skills recommended
Installation involves trim removal, light routing, and electrical connection. Professional installation is optional but not required.

12-Month Warranty

All ApexLights products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects or issues that affect the product’s performance under normal use.

Optional 60-Day All Inclusive Warranty

For added peace of mind, you can opt into our 60-Day All Inclusive Warranty. It covers product defects and customer installation mistakes, provided the included installation instructions were followed correctly.

Claims may require proof of proper installation and apply only to reasonable faults or mistakes occurring during normal installation and use. Damage caused by misuse, extreme modifications, incorrect power sources, or other unreasonable use is not covered.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, even if there is nothing wrong with the product.

Returns initiated within the first 14 days are eligible for free return shipping. For returns initiated after 14 days but within the 30-day guarantee period, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a full refund of the eligible purchase amount will be issued.
